She has founded start-ups, transitioned large corporations, and launched global networks, including Circular Economy Australia, a pioneering community of 2,000 practitioners applying regenerative and circular design thinking to unlock value in a fast-changing world.

Candice is an expert in trust-building and non-verbal communication dynamics, working with complex physiological, emotional, and environmental sensitivities alongside economic and ecological realities. As a parent of two, a certified ICF Somatic Intelligence Coach, and an experienced horse whisperer, she brings a deeply attuned, practical approach to leadership and team development.
