No one knows us better than our own bodies.

Our history. Our biology. Our habits. Our feelings.

It is all there, all registered and remembered.

Our bodies carry us, care for us, and heal us. They gift us the chemistry to experience creativity, love, and joy. Yet so much of what we experience in the body is automated.

Much of what we experience day-to-day is led by our minds and dictated by our external world. Leaving our bodies ignored, or even unintentionally abused.

Body-Orientated Coaching helps us to attune ourselves inward, towards the body. Placing our attention on what is present and alive within us. When we do this we access our internal wisdom. The intelligence that is most connected to all of who we are. The natural system intended to ensure we grow and flourish.

 

Body-Orientated Coaching Session

Sessions last between one and two hours. Experiences can be done one on one or in groups. Every experience is unique. The objective is to curate a space for the body to be present and heard. For what presents itself to be experienced as it wishes to be.

Curating this space allows insight and transformation to be birthed naturally. As a coach, I act as the midwife to your experience. I allow the body wisdom to engage in its own style and flow.

The experience is a magical journey and there are many sparkles of joy to be discovered along the way.
